Return Procedures

At MoodFurnish, your contentment is our utmost concern. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with any purchase, please reach out to us within a 30-day window following the delivery date to initiate a return process.

Note: We will only sanction refunds for chairs, tables, and cabinets that are in pristine condition and accompanied by their original packaging materials. Returns of items that have been used or lack their initial packaging will be declined.

Refund Details:

Upon approval of your refund request, the refunded amount – excluding shipping fees – will be credited back through the original payment method within 1-2 business days. Should there be any delay beyond this period, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@moodfurnish.com for assistance.

Order Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel an order within 30 minutes after its placement; however, cancellation requests submitted past this timeframe cannot be accommodated as the order processing and packaging stages would have commenced. Order cancellations are processed within 24 business hours.
If you miss the cancellation window but wish not to keep your item(s), you may opt for a return upon receipt by sending it back to our designated returns address.

Returning Your Item(s):

Prioritize contacting us via email at contact@moodfurnish.com before initiating any returns so we can guide you through our specific return procedures.
Inspect all received goods immediately for quality issues or discrepancies from what was desired.
Should fault lie on our end (e.g., damaged or defective items), we might ask you for visual evidence such as unpacking videos and detailed photographs when reaching out via email—so retain these until resolution is achieved. After verification of such claims, reshipment arrangements or direct refunds shall occur promptly without additional costs within 1-2 business days.

If dissatisfaction arises post-receipt yet products remain in new condition along with their original package intact; we accept return requests without imposing restocking fees although returning shipping costs must be covered by you—the customer.
Please note: In cases where returned items exhibit conditions contrary to those described in the return request upon inspection by MoodFurnish staff—such returns shall be invalidated with products sent back at your expense.

Our official address for all returns/exchanges is MoodFurnish Returns Center, located at 107 W Broadway Rd., Mesa AZ 85210. It’s imperative all intended product returns/exchanges undergo preliminary communication with MoodFurnish; no action towards unannounced parcels will transpire otherwise.
